Ambassador Misawa, attending the sixth graduation ceremony of Sakura Girls Secondary School, handed over the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays to the son of Ms Frida Michael Tomito, Director of Sakura Girls Secondary School. Ms Frida Tomito was bestowed the Order in April 2024 and passed away in August this year.
