  1. On 24th March, Launching Ceremony for the Japan’s supplementary budget project of “Food assistance to refugees in camps” in partnership with WFP was held at ambassador’s residence. Through Japan’s contribution of USD 900,000 (JPY 97 million) to WFP, this project will provide food assistance to the refugees residing in Nduta and Nyarugusu refugee camps in Kigoma region.
  2. It is expected that our strong partnership with WFP will enable the refugees to meet their food and nutrition needs.
