September 16 Dinner with Japanese companies in TanzaniaJICA supports TANROADS in expanding the roads between Arusha and Moshi and constructing a new Kikafu bridge where many traffic accidents occurs. 10 JICA youth volunteers were also sacrificed in 1985.
